Discussed the difference between galvanized steel, copper, cast iron and interplay between the 3. Helped me understand codes and permits. Very thorough. Very detailed. Very trustworthy. Doesn’t pressure you into purchasing. Expects loyalty but deserves it as well. Very very professional. Wore shoe covers every time they went from outside to inside and from basement to inside. I would recommend them and plan on using their service again. Oh and I called them at 630am and they were out here by 9am. Same day service!”

“This was a great RV Park, but if your looking to get in quick no way - they usually have a long waiting list to get in as long as you don’t have to be out of the park at night your okay. Lots of homeless outside the park itself. They don’t have showers to use outside of your own RV, and one bathroom that is only for the pool area is locked up after hours. If you are looking for a clean place to stay and other great amenities it’s a nice place and price I feel is fair for the area. Not too far from stores or restaurants.”

“I’m a little confused by the poor reviews (and trying to comprehend the writer’s complaints was difficult). My experience was, although not perfect, very positive with these guys. Ordered a Jeep Wrangler and it was delivered in 2 days. The detailing wasn’t the best, but they credited me a detail and the same went for a window chip. The main outstanding issue is scratching along the side which wasn’t very visible online. However, the guys at the San Jose office pointed that out and we are discussing my options (I do have 7 days to return- no questions asked). I would take Carnava over a dealership any day of the week, even if they aren’t perfect- it’s an efficient and easy business model.”

“My car was rear ended near on 880 near the 101 exit in San Jose. I researched multiple shops before deciding on Xcel due to all the positive feedback I saw. I was not disappointed. Dai was awesome and walked me through the entire process of what they needed to do for repairs. While my car was in the shop, he kept me updated via text almost every day on what service they had performed, the status of the parts they had ordered, and the ETA of when I would get my car back. The service here is excellent and Dai and his team returned my vehicle in a condition as if the accident never happened. Definitely top notch in customer service from this team.”

“Great park. Very small but our 30ft Hitchhiker Discover America is a perfect fit for our site. Very clean park, nice laundry, and paved roads. Great biking right from park. Green bike path all the way to the Gaudiloupe Trail. The staff is second to none. I have never in all of our travels met a nicer group of people. If you don't like this park you will not be happy anywhere.”
