Silicon Valley Piano

We purchased a beautiful Yamaha U3 Silent from Mi Kim, she was very helpful and patient with us though the process.

I purchased a used Yamaha U3 Silent from Silicon Valley Piano and it was a very pleasant experience. Mi Kim was very helpful when choosing a piano to fit my needs. I didn’t feel like they were pushing me to make a sale. They gave me the time to test everything out and come to a decision. The piano delivery was scheduled for soon after my purchase and the movers were careful and knowledgeable. Everything worked out great!

We went there for seeking a good quality Yamaha u3 for my student. Mi Kim patiently and efficiently helped us find what we need. Her expert knowledge and kindness made the experience very enjoyable. The piano is imported from Japan, very good condition and amazing sound. Highly recommended!

We purchased a Yamaha U3 upright piano here. I had been searching for a quality pre-owned Yamaha U3 piano for some time and Silicon Valley Piano was the 4th store that we visited.
In other stores, the staff would either push for another brand or another new model. It was different here.
We interacted with a few staff and all were kind and helpful. Mi Kim made our appt and she was very efficient in helping us choose the right piano.
I cannot speak to the lifetime of their reconditioned pianos, but I’ve been playing it ever since we’ve received it just 2 days ago.
Hopefully one day, I’ll be back for a grand piano. :) Thank you.
