Dr. Han P. Lo, MD

I don't like going to the doctor, but Dr. Han P. Lo is excellent. He is calm, reassuring, and communicates well with his patient. He treated me with respect and courtesy, I appreciate that in a physician. His staff is efficient and easy to work with. I'm glad he found everything OK during my bladder exam, and is only following up in six months to be sure nothing is wrong.
Parking is limited here, and to enter the office, take the elevator which opens up in the waiting room of the office. Highly recommended urologist.

Dr. Lo bought Dr. Andonian's urology practice. I had a recent 'is cancer recurring' scare. Called his office, and was courteously greeted on the phone by a friendly voice, asking my issue and thoughts.

She listened, and then was able to "fit me in" one day later. People? this is UNHEARD of in Silicon Valley. fit me in. KNEW I was scared, and was able to set up appointment quickly, and get me in front of the doctor to help with my worries.

Arrived for the appointment? Met the human behind the phone! WOOT! What a great staff. his WHOLE Staff, smiling, pleasant, working to get people in and out but with kindness and compassion.

After a quick wait, Dr. Lo came in with my medical history, asked some questions, truly LISTENED to my concerns, and checked me out.

As a guy? having someone else touching your "junk" is not fun. He made it quick, positive, and thorough. I was not uncomfortable, and was very professionally treated.

Dr. Lo made some notes, and told me EXACTLY what he thought - gave me some suggestions and a path to healing. And? we are pretty sure? not cancer recurrence.

I was so pleased with his work, I will happily recommend him to anyone I know. He has a great staff, a great 'bedside' manner, and is an all around fantastic doctor.
