The personal customer service is 2nd to none. The nice and informative staff makes the 5 stars. The “Out of stock” on your web sites for what I’m looking for is always a bummer. A helmet rack inside the front door would be a nice touch. Regards, Gary.

First and foremost,
As soon as I walked in a young lady by the name of Crystal, who is one of the employee's, greeted me and made me feel welcomed. She really took time on trying to help find the right helmet for my budget. This is actually the second employee who had made me feel like I belong there. I really think that this is the only store in the bay area that will jump quickly to help you out and that's what I like about them. This is the reason why I keep going there because I always have a great experience shopping there.

The lady who helped me didn’t do a great job at sizing my first helmet and was a little rude/in a rush. It was too big and l came back two days later to exchange for a better fitting helmet. Christian was able to find me the best fitting helmet for my round shaped head and was super friendly. Kudos to the great service the 2nd time around!

I appreciate having a real store with items I can actually touch and in this case (new boots) to actually be able to try them on for proper fitment. I had numerous employees offer to help, I'm not sure they really knew much about boots, though that wasn't really an issue for me, they were available if needed. The downside of the visit was the cost of the boots I bought, they were $20 higher than the same item on Amazon with next day delivery. I mentioned this to the salesman but he didn't seem to care. I notice that the Cycle Gear website mentions a 30 day price guarantee but don't see anywhere that they stand behind that. I don't mind paying a little more for a real store but felt that almost 20% is a little high. Service and stock excellent, price a little high.
