Jewel and his team are amazing!

Jewel, the owner of the store, is a compassionate and professional human being. My 82 year old dad decided to replace a very beat up bumper of his old car - jewel was very patient with him, explained ins and outs of what will be done; and did a beautiful job of making it new! My dad - being an older gentleman - is extremely happy. And this is what matters!

Jewell and James have done great work on a couple of our cars and are easy to deal with. They bring great knowledge of the physical processes to bear on the work and really know how to deal with the insurance companies.

James and Jewel are great people and offer incredible service. They've been in my neighborhood for years and going anywhere else just doesnt feel right.

I had to take my Lexus in for a repair and chose this shop because of its location and they were open for an estimate on a Saturday. I dealt with Jewel and the whole experience was great. We had a small miscommunication in the course of the repair, Jewel was accomodating and resolved all issues prior to pickup. The repair was done quickly and the final product looked great. I am glad I found this shop and will use their services in the near future again. I live all the way in Santa Cruz, but will make the drive to deal with Jewel again. A+ for the work and service.
