“Wow! I work in Hayward California, and my branch is in San Jose. My card was considered fraudulent and canceled, a new card was sent to my branch. The branch was supposed to close at 5:00 on this Wednesday evening and I left early from work at 4:00 to try to get there before 5:00. Because traffic is getting more and more back to pre-pandemic levels, I was not going to make it before 5. Two very nice ladies were so gracious and kind enough to wait for me after hours in order for me to get my card so that I may activate it that night and make a very important purchase. “Heads up I worked at the #3 store in the US while I'm high school / 1st year University, so some built in biases, some higher expectations. We trained for super clean stores, cabinets, tubs, and consistent scoop size. Most of the 31 flavor stores fall short of my expectations. This store was heavy on some scoops, so great for customer. We had 3 plus cabinets vs 2 here so choices were fewer. However, selection was good, and enough options to keep the Grand kids happy. Best deal was the ice cream sandwich for 3.43 vs similar 7.00 ones at the shark tank. Cookies fresh and Costco size & choices”
