Patient Service Center

Went in for some blood work, and the lady in attendance Michelle was very courteous. She helped check me in and do my blood draw, and was very patient and kind when she noticed my nervousness. Overall very quick appointment, would gladly come back here to get tests done next time.

For the first time I took my mom & husband here since McKee location has a 2 hours waiting period. I like this facility ‘cause it’s close to home, you don’t have to wait that long, clean, nice staff, plenty of parking. But my only regret is the stairways. I wish they just made the stairway to a ramp instead, so patients using wheelchair or walker (specifically seniors) can access easily. Hopefully management will do something because I’m planning to come back here again and again. Thankfully 😊
