  I recently visited the VAL Chiropractic in San Jose for relief from a personal injury where I had back pain resulting from a car accident. I was impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by the team. Not only were they knowledgeable about the best techniques to alleviate my pain, but they also had top-of-the-line gym equipment in their back room, showcasing their commitment to their patients' well-being.   I have been getting my physio done here for quite a few years now. All I can say is that the staff is amazing. From Maria always being available and handling all of the front. Lam has been taking care of me and wife and drastically improved our lives. We move and feel better.

  Sometimes you get lucky in life. I had back and neck pain when I first started seeing Dr. Lam Nguyen at Val Chiropractic. I was blessed with starting a family, but the hourly commitment it takes to take care of a new born took its toll on my back and neck. I understood the new aches and pains I had ahead of me. Knowing that I cannot get “fixed” with 1 session, I was ready to go on the journey to feel like 25 year old person again. The first visit was an informative session, where Dr. Lam was taking the time to listen and understand what was causing me pain. Long story short, 8 sessions later, success! My shoulders, neck, back, hips, and even my calves felt great. I was pain free. Been going back for maintenance ever since.

  I’ve had Back pain for many years. Years of physical therapy did nothing for me. Then I found this place. Dr. Lam Nguyen has gone above and beyond in treating my back problems. He doesn’t just adjust my back. He addresses the root cause before adjustment happens and My back has never felt better. I can freely move without pain or restrictions and I feel like a new person. The best part is he doesn’t just treat the problem, he’ll take the time to tell me exactly what I need to do to eliminate the pains. Constant advice on strengthening my back and shows me how to do it without causing further injury. I highly recommend this place.

  The best in the business! Dr. Lam is more than just a chiropractor. He spends time educating his patients on proper form for daily life and in the gym. As a professional who is in front of a screen 8+ hours a day and is frequently in the gym, his advice on proper posture and form (in the office and in the gym) has prevented long term pain in problem areas. Also, his use of the graston technique helped resolve my wife’s early onset of carpal tunnel along with other issues from years of repetitive motion and bad form.
