Thank you Denny's for hanging in there. It's nice to sit down and eat. Some things are not available I get it. Times are tough. It is fine with me. I got a meal that's the deal. For those that left not so good reviews. Well just through the door are those hot dogs. And 1/2 cooked pizza complements of Flying J.

The food is always good. There is always more of a wait, but it's worth it because it tastes good, and it's understandable due to lack of staff and their fixing food for carry out and delivery too. I have also noticed the service has gotten faster, especially when they have more than one cook in the kitchen! Ashley is always SUPER sweet and attentive when I go. The new manager does seem to care about the staff and over working then which is good too. My complaint is due to the drama between other staff that can be heard by the diners. There is one waitress that I have encountered a couple times that their seemingly negative attitude made me not really want to come back, but I remembered that we never know what people are going through so I tried to respond kindly and not angrily and she definitely softened. I think it's more an issue of being stressed out especially with all of the to go and delivery orders that come through in addition to the lack of staff they experience quite often. Yes, we should present our best at work, but we are all human. I wish their were a way for the restaurant management and probably franchise, to look at team building and responding to specific store staff needs like maybe not participate in delivery services or something. I know there is a lot to running a restaurant and if short staffed this would be hard, but investing in the staff would also promote being fully staffed!
