(December 13, 2019, 2:56 pm)I just want to say that I have been working with Ranstad @GM nameplate from 4/1/2019 to the present.. Athough I have been working on a Pt basis. I have grown to really enjoy going to work. The staff here is very friendly and nice, I was asked what I look for in a Company? I responded anyone who says hello and approachable, and doesn't make you feel like just a number.
To be acknowledged and to say thank you for your hard work is a major motivator. Also I was told a happy employee you will get more out of them than not.
Just like the company interviews you we interview them. All I can say is Gmnameplate is the 2nd most favorite company I have had to honor to work for. 1st one was Beckman Coulter, it's all about respect in what we do and it feels like an extended family.
Thank you Randstad for the opportunity at Gmnameplate. As a company to work for I'd recommend them they are awesome.!! This includes all staff no matter what position they are in...
