  As a parent of a son trying to purchase his first home...my wife and I could not be more impressed with Bill. Bill took my son under his wing, helped him, guided him, was patient with him, created a partnership and friendship...and ultimately, helped my son purchase his first home. Bill never pressured my son, always had honest feedback and was just amazing! Bill is more than a realtor...he is a partner in the process. And...now a friend to my son and our family. Bill is also very connected with brokers, loan agents, etc. He was awesome to work with and I would highly recommend Bill!

  I definitely lucked out finding Bill as my realtor! He was extremely helpful and patient during my home search. No matter what time of day he always made himself available to show me properties, answer questions, or provide clarity on the entire process. I took a long time looking and not once did Bill ever put pressure on me to make a decision that wasn't perfect for me - my best interest was always his priority! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the San Jose area looking for a real estate agent!

  Finding a home under $1mil in the Bay Area can be hard to find. Bill helped me find the home. Along with answering all my questions,
  his value of my time made me feel as important as someone looking for a multi-million dollar home.
  I have bought and sold with Bills' assistance. Understanding real estate contracts is imperative. His professional knowledge of contracts and the housing market is over and above the best!

  When we first started looking for our first house, we were pretty lost in the process and knew we needed a good realtor to guide us in the right direction.
