(February 16, 2018, 10:52 am)I used Downtown Self Storage for 4 months in between moves and had a great experience. The location is convenient, and the staff (Alana & Brandon) were always friendly and helpful. Alana even went out of her way to help me donate some of my unused items to another tenant who worked for a non-profit.
(October 5, 2017, 6:15 pm)I have been using Downtown Self Storage for nearly two years with no problems. The location is perfect for on/off ramps to Hwy 280, and directly down the street from San Jose State University. The office staff, Alana and Brandon, are very attentive to all the facility needs, and keep the property clean, safe and secure. One or both are in the office every day and are very nice. I checked around before storing here and they had great rates, a secure location and a great staff - What more can one ask for!
(July 5, 2017, 8:58 pm)Staff is always friendly. I've used this facility for the past 2 years with no issues what so ever. It is a clever use of space that stays cool under the freeway, especially during the hot summers. Prices are good - well below others when I was shopping around!
