Love this guy. He offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the issue I was having with my dishwasher. Ended up fixing it with him on the line in like 10 minutes. Awesome!

I called Richard in desperation at about 6:30 pm on a Thursday night because our refrigerator stopped cooling and our food was starting to spoil. He answered his phone and said he could be here in an hour. He arrived and took a look at our refrigerator, assessed the problem and said he would have to pick up a part and would be back in the morning to fix it. Next morning he arrived with the part and was able to fix the refrigerator. The best part about Richard was that I found him to be a hard working man who really loves his family. He shared stories about his kids; specifically his daughter who he is very proud of. I will gladly recommend Richard to my friends and family.
