They always tell me what I need and have never tried to pressure me into buying anything else. They are all young and I always feel that they are happy to help. I love those guys☺️

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the customer service I received. When the man came to look at the cabin filter, we were both surprised at what was found! A mouse must have decided to make its home there. It was full of cotton stuff and even a leaf! Thankfully there were no baby mice in the nest! They pretty much destroyed the filter. But I wouldn't have known that was going on if he hadn't checked it out! He gave me a discount on the new filter. It's nice to know that there are a few trustworthy mechanics these days. I HAVE been ripped off elsewhere. Even at the dealership where I bought my vehicle. Anyway, I'd recommend this Valvoline dealer. I appreciate the kindness & professionalism provided.

I am not a professional racecar driver; however, my experience today was likely as close as I will ever get to a true pit stop. You pull right into a bay, and you do not even get out of your car. You roll your window down while the "pit crew" goes to work. They check all of your lights, tire pressure, filters, wipers, etc. They also have up to date manufacturer maintenance recommendations and they explain what they can and cannot deliver. Their service delivery comes across as patient and very educational. For me, it was likely the first time I have ever gone in for an oil change and left feeling more informed about my vehicle, and more importantly I did not leave feeling like I was randomly being pushed into unnecessary products and services. I left feeling quite the opposite. Kuddos to this team! I will be back

First class service, all the way! This company knows customer service. Derek met me in the parking lot as I pulled in and looked around, he then stopped me to ask if I needed any assistance. While we talked, he asked good questions, was polite and figured out that all I needed was an oil change, then he guided me around to the service door where I met Holly, she guided me into the bay while I pulled the car In she instructed me on what was going to take place, asked a few more questions to make sure I was getting what I needed, and then walked me through the process. While we chatted and had a few good laughs, Trevor was under the hood and Michaela was under the car, taking care of everything. Holly and her team are first class, they understand how to treat people and their vehicles. I’ll be referring these folks out for years to come. Thanks team!
