“Bought a rear mountain bike derailleur and two spokes. They make the spokes right there on the property and they were very knowledgeable about getting me a good derailer that can replace my old one with better performance. I definitely recommend the store.”

“Awesome store! George was able to find an exact wheel replacement for me at 1/3 the price I was quoted elsewhere, including switching over the disc brake rotor and the tyre. Turnaround just a few days getting the new wheel shipped from out of state. Will certainly come back for my future needs.”

“I purchased a Specialized bike from San Jose Motosport and it was definitely a higher level of buyer experience than your typical bike shop. The owners of the shop have smartly infused BMW and Specialized products into beautifully staged showroom. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and welcoming with a friendly smile. Don't doubt their expertise on the bicycle end. They are an authorized Specialized dealer and have all the support and knowledge readily available. I also got to tour the service area and they have everything and then some more to work/assemble the Turbo Levos. Because they deal with high-end BMW motorcycles, the care and attention to detail trickles down to the bicycles as well. I would not hesitate to shop at SJ Motosport and refer my friends and family. Kudos to Alex and Willie for a fantastic family owned and operated store.”

“This place is the epitome of what a dealership is supposed to be. From the moment I inquired about a motorcycle being available, to when I had questions, to when I went in and test rode the 1st time Amy and her staff have been absolutely fantastic. This place is a family run and operated dealership. They have ties to all the brands that they sell and they're knowledgeable about the bikes that are on their floor. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave they are going to treat you as a customer should be treated with respect and kindness and they're gonna pay attention to you and make sure that you feel comfortable with everything that you're doing and you're not gonna be forced into any decisions. Upon buying my bike from them they took me around and introduced me to all their staff so I was comfortable with who was there, who was going to be expected to be there, and who can help me. Then when I had my 1st small issue, They immediately reassured me that it would be handled or they would even replace my motorcycle to make sure that I had the best experience possible. I'm 38 now and I have had multiple vehicles from multiple dealerships and I really can't rave enough about how amazing they treat their customers in comparison to all the other dealerships that I've been to in the Bay area. I highly recommend if they have a brand or bike that you're looking to buy, you get it from them.”

“James did an outstanding job servicing my Diamondback mountain bike. He was so detailed and kept communicating with me throughout the entire time my bike was at the shop to make sure old parts are properly replaced (chain, pedals, etc.) The new shifter he installed is awesome!! I definitely recommend this place.”

“Excellent customer service! The owner is super friendly as well as the remaining of his staff. They’re super knowledgeable! It helped my husband and I when we shopped for our bikes about 3 weeks ago. We had 0 knowledge about bikes but they were so helpful and made it super easy to pick a bike. We are here again for my sons bike and again EXCELLENT customer service. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Bob's seems like a great guy. It's cool to have an honest mechanic in your neighborhood.”

“Scheels is a fantastic store to visit. With that being said this location is not as good as locations in other states. I feel like this location is slipping from what I originally liked it for, their wide variety of team sports options. I know I can buy what I want online, but what I really want is to see my options in front of my face. This location used to provide me with that. I've only visited this location once in the past 6 months after all of the team sports options were replaced with a women's section. I saw that as a sign I didn't need to drive the 70-plus miles here. I enjoy the Springfield, Illinois, Des Moines and Eden Prairie, Minnesota locations over this location.”

“I had the best experience at Bicycle Blue Book today. I went there to browse bicycles not really wanting to buy one. But they were close to the public because of covid. Matt who helped me at the door was very knowledgeable about bikes. He new exactly what I needed. The first bike he brought out was perfect. The price was Good and the bike which was used was in almost brand new condition. If you're thinking about buying a new bike or building a bike to save money. Go to Bicycle Blue Book first and look at their used selection. They will fit you with exactly what you need at a fraction of the price of a new bike.”

“8$ chain installation. Cheapest out of all bike shops. Tom/Tim gave it a check and was honest instead of taking my money and saying no work was needed. Anyone who wants a honest business to care for your bike, this is the place!”

“What a great place! The clothes are in good condition and have been picked out thoughtfully so each piece of clothing is timeless or fashionable. The staff are always kind and helpful. This store is great if you are on the lookout for vintage pieces, branded jeans, headscarves, shoes, accessories... everything!”

“Lots of experienced mechanics here. A little pricey for service but they have a wide selection of bikes for both adults and kids. If you purchase from them they throw in a year of free service which is good. They can also custom order bikes online and assemble it for you.”
