Best place to learn karate for adults, definitely recommend it
Sensei Wayne Krill is awesome! He is so well-versed that just by watching your moves for few sessions he can infer specific body types and hence problems you might encounter while mastering various techniques.
He comes with a clear agenda everyday and pushes everyone (according to their body types) in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming.
I highly recommend this class if you are interested in learning Karate the traditional way.
Traditional Shotokan style taught with a modern relaxed view. lots of basics as well as practical applications are taught. Sensei has 20+ years experience. i've been going for 15+ years and continue to learn new things. it is a great experience for both beginners and experienced martial artists.
