Ali was swift with battery replacement with my Casio Frogman. Honest and real professional. He even set my watch to current date, time and other status as I forgot how to set it due to not using it for 10 years. I plan to bring other watches for service someday.Thanks JG

Took an old watch to inspect the battery, Ali was nice to clean inside the watch. I also had a silver ring to enlarge the size. He was honest and direct to inform me of the options, and consequences of making the ring larger. Very much appreciated. in store you can pick many straps for your watch besides battery change and repair. Glad he is still in neighborhood.
