  We are very happy with El Roble Home Care team. They really do their utmost to provide the best care for my wife.
  
  My wife is very happy with their services, like their meal preparations, house cleaning, companionship, emotional support and bathing. They do a review every month to find out what's working and what could be improved if necessary. They respond very quickly to any question or any request.
  
  They have a great management team, Louise, Claudia and Nelson.

  El Roble has done so much for my family. We started care for my mother through them last year. She is unfortunately starting to lose a lot of her memory and genuinely seemed lonely before we brought them in. In the last year we have seen my mother blossom. Despite the fact she still had trouble with her memory she seems so much happier with the help and companionship that El Roble provides.

  My father is in his 80s, he is still is able to do plenty of things on his own but we felt that he could use both some companionship and some help with more difficult tasks. We live nearly 2 hours away from my dad and so unfortunately my husband and I aren’t able to be there as often as we’d like. We started looking for home care near him and El Roble was the first company that came up. When I called them I could just tell that these were people who really cared about their patients. They were genuine and warm and just gave me a good feeling so we decided to give them a try. I’m really happy we did because my dad genuinely enjoys his time with his caregiver and is always telling us about the time they spend together. My dad feels like he has a friend or second grandson coming to visit him instead of someone who’s just doing his job and to me that’s priceless.

  My grandfather passed away a few months back and this left my grandmother in a really tough place. My grandfather helped her a lot around the house because her eyesight is very poor and without him our family really didn’t know how we were going to be able to keep her living at home where she was comfortable. Some family friends recommend we contact El Roble and see what kind of care they might be able to provid her. They were so kind on the phone and really seemed to want to help. Since hiring them my grandmother has really flourished she seems much more talkative and happy and we’re no longer constantly worried about her. They are wonderful. Highly recommend.

  El Roble Home Care provides excellent service for my father, 96, whom I must say, is very difficult. The owner(s) are extremely responsive and helpful. Her background adds great value in assessing my father's needs and finding the right caregiver based on his needs and style. The caregivers are loving, caring, skilled and honorable, they help my father exercise on a daily basis not only physically but also mentally, I can clearly see that my dad at almost 97 now, he seems to enjoy his daily activities.
