Super easy experience. John is a fantastic agent who is very considerate. Not one time did I feel backed into a corner. I reached out to his office and promptly set up a call to get my policy transferred as I moved here recently from out of state. The entire experience felt more conversational rather than transactional, which ultimately is the best thing you can hope for.

My "All time" fav Allstate agent. Its been nearly six years working with John as my go to insurance friend. He is always there for you whenever we need him. Jon has gone great lengths to accommodate my requests in time and given great consultation with insurance know hows.

John is awesome when my other Allstate agent went AWOL. I am in need of immediate help to reinstate my auto insurance. John helped me over the phone and solved my problem in 30 minutes. He may not even get the credit for this but he took care of me as if I were his own client. He is helpful, friendly, excellent communication with efficient results.
