They also helped me navigate and purchase the plan all in the same place so I didn't need to spend a lot of time going through paperwork in numerous places. I removed a star because I was disappointed with the lack of suitable options and hope they will add more options for ex-patriots (with US citizenship) traveling to the USA in the near future.
