This was my very first time purchasing a home, so I was very nervous to start with. Irene Suh understood this and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. After being presented with several options, I selected an agent, who was then able to negotiate a great deal, beating out multiple offers on the property, while still ending up below the appraised value! Couldn't ask for a more pleasant buying experience. I'll definitely use elim investment company again when the time comes for the next move
