Seniore's Pizza

My husband would tell me about this spot for years. He told me about how he used to live in Santa Clara for a few years and that this pizza spot was the best he has ever had. After all the years away we returned to his hometown and he was so excited to find out if his favorite pizza spot remained the same. Even though he was nervous he took his first bite. And the look on his face looked like pure comfort. He told me it was like all of his memories came back to him. He said that it was exactly the same as when he left. Séniores will remain the “greatest in the world” according to my husband.

When I first tried Seniore's Pizza I was obsessed!!!! This last time I tried to recreate that amazing first experience and unfortunately it didn't live up to what I remembered.

We got a medium pizza (half cheese - half mushrooms) and it was more than enough for 2 of us. It was ok.
Staff was friendly and the restaurant seems like fun.

*Disclaimer: we did have to reheat it after getting home so that may have contributed to the lacking experience.

First time trying this pizza but so far it's a good with the experience. Love the location.
