“In wanting to buy a car for my daughter, I had been looking into the used car market for about 2 months, identifying a few target vehicles and models and tracking prices and inventory across the bay area, at dealerships (both traditional and online) and from private sellers. What can I say, I'm a nerd. Ultimately, the right car (a 2013 BMW X3) popped up with these guys. It jumped right to the front of my algorithm, as their Internet pricing was spot-on - there really was no need to haggle because it was priced to value; "haggle-free" were not just empty marketing words (are you listening, Carvana/Vroom/Shift?). I sent an inquiry, and talked to their folks on the phone, but they let me know that the car would not actually be ready to buy until it finished all the internal inspections and resulting preparations, on the following Wednesday. Tony H, from the Internet sales dept, got in touch with me on Tuesday and we discussed the car, and then followed up on Wednesday late morning as it came out of the shop, to tell me it was available. I headed to the dealership with my daughter, looked at it, and purchased it on the spot (good thing I did, because 2 other people showed up to buy it while we were there). So far, so good. Tony (and the rest) were courteous, collaborative, and pleasant to work with, certainly representing themselves well to us. But this is where things took a turn - for the better. With COVID19, and since my daughter is still on a permit, there was no easy way for us to collect the car. Due to COVID19, we could not drive two cars back, and I am unwilling to use public transportation or Uber/Lyft at this time, due to the risk. Tony agreed to deliver the car to us, disinfected, which is thankfully becoming common. What is uncommon is that, with my permission, they held on to it for another week to prep it really, really nice and at no extra cost, for no reason other than to make my daughter's first car as special of an experience as they could (and, one imagines, build brand loyalty). For example, they ordered and replaced a part in the glove compartment that they didn't like, and remediated some rock chips and minor scratches, even though I had already accepted the car in an "as is" condition and they weren't legally required to fix any of it. When they ultimately delivered the car this morning, it was - it is - beautiful. My daughter is besides herself with excitement. It's nice to see a good dealership operating smoothly and, crucially, going the extra mile in a challenging environment for all of us. Well done, Tony et al. Kudos to you for striving to be exceptional.”

“I came in to trade in an old phone and make an upgrade and had such a great experience. Yeah there was a bit of a wait time but that's what I expected, especially since apple just released their new phones a lot of people were going in to upgrade. The staff acknowledges you right as you enter the door and tries to keep things moving in a timely manner. I was helped by several employees, one I believe his name is Joseph. All were so great and patient with me. I ended up going back a few times and each time was a great experience!”
