  Very attentive and knowledgeable! I had pain in my knee and she narrowed down the possibilities of what was causing the pain. After the acupuncture sessions she’s also helped with strength exercises and stretching.

  Inyoung is just the best. She has helped me so much with pain and staying healthy! I’ve had sciatic pain through my left hip down to my foot for over 20 years, it’s always been there and I had mostly gotten used to the being in pain… Inyoung made me 90% better,.. it’s been over a year and the pain still hasn’t come back!
  She knows what she is doing and has a plan. I appreciate her goal to get people well and she really wants you to be well and not have to go back for maintenance forever.
  Recently I was having severe wrist pain that normal Drs and PT couldn’t fix for months and she got me better in just a few sessions.

  InYoung is an excellent trainer, she’s very knowledgeable and experienced. I enjoy working out with her a lot! She also has great energy and motivates me to do better. She tailors the training to each client’s needs and gives good advice on overall well-being to her clients

  I have been working with Inyoung since October, 2020. Weekend workouts at the park give me not only physical strength but also refreshing mindset especially during the pandemic. It is absolutely fun to exercise with other peers as well. She is aware of my body condition. Even if it is a group setting, I still get valuable comments on my posture. More often than not, it is pretty challenging to keep up with her speed and standards however I feel accomplishment from the class. Thank you Inyoung!
