I called a personal touch carpet care in Sunnyvale CA to have my two bedroom apartment cleaned on Friday. They managed to arrive within two hours. I told them over the phone that I wanted to make sure that their quote would not change. The technician arrived on time and the price was quoted as agreed even though there was an additional bedroom area that I forgot to mention when I called. He told me that their company policy is to not receive any money or leave the job site until their customers are 100% satisfied. I told the technician that I will use their services again and recomend them to other people. My carpet looks great.

The technician by the name of Byron called before he was heading to my house. When he arrived he was very friendly and got my carpets cleaned within an hour. I was very satisfied with the results. He told me their policy is not to leave until the customers are 100% satisfied. I'm glad I found my next carpet cleaner.
