The gentleman was very nice. And informed us that if you call the 800 number they promise things they can't deliver! Literally! We couldn't pick up the package but he set it all up for the next day & was very apologetic, which was greatly appreciated.

I went get the brake fluid, transmission and engine oil done but one of the mechanic told I don’t need to get the brakes oil done cuz it’s still good, I really appreciate the honesty. I ain’t no where else from now on.

Al-Con is a great place to get your Honda fixed. I have been going to Al-Con for many years. Alex is friendly and most of all honest. I brought my Civic in today to get my brake pads replaced because I was told by a previous mechanic that the pads were worn. Alex checked my brakes and told me that they are fine! He could have easily made money off me but he did not. I really appreciate that type of honesty.
