Peartree Apartments

A decent apartment like an oasis in the area. I stayed there for 3 years and enjoyed my time. It's a low-density property so you have sufficient windows and natural air flow. The location is excellent. Easy access to major highways. Close to major big tech offices. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but not too close, so it's convenient while the premises remain quiet. I have never lost a package from Amazon.

Of course this is not the luxury type of accommodation, but I found the quality worth what you are paying at least during my stay. They have renovated quite a lot of the units in the recent years so you can expect upgraded living conditions from what I had.

Our 1 bedroom, ground floor unit was freshly remodeled and quite comfortable. The fully fenced patio provided a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and the local birds who love the landscaping as much as we did. The Peartree staff are very friendly and were responsive to our needs. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or amenities due to remodeling, but the work they are putting into the property makes for a very inviting community.

I recently moved into Peartree and I am so far satisfied living here. My unit was remodeled when I moved in so everything inside was new. Of course, the apartment itself has some age but for the price and the quality after remodeling, this apartment is amazing. I would also like to thank Deanna from the leasing office who has been helping me with all the questions and issues I faced when I initially moved in. She was very responsive and did her best to get my issues solved. I can recommend Peartree just for the amazing support I got from the leasing office.

We have lived in Peartree apartments since May’2019. We leased a remodeled 2BR corner unit on the ground floor - a lot of light, washer/dryer, spacious patio, pet friendly, and just 10 min by feet from Sunnyvale downtown! They recently finished landscaping and I love it even more now.
The management is very responsive: you submit a request and they get back to you within a day. We had an issue with a dryer, it was replaced within a few days (we were given a prefilled card for the onsite laundry in case we needed to do laundry, while waiting for a replacement).
I would recommend leasing an apartment here not only because of a great location and adequate pricing, but also due to the amenities and service you are getting.
