(March 24, 2022, 1:24 pm)My back has been hurting for some time due to poor ergonomics at work. And I also developed pain on my shoulder and wrist. So, on my first session Matthew explained how acupuncture works, went through step by step what he was going to do, and told me many different stretching exercises that would strengthen my back and arms. He talked to me while putting acupuncture needles, so it took me by surprise that he was already done needling! His needling was very gentle, so I barely felt it! And then he asked me if I still felt the pain. And it was like magic, the pain was so much reduced. He said that it was because now he took away the pain from the spots that were hurting me most. After acupuncture he continued with cupping and a gentle massage. By the end of the session, I felt my pain was about 80% gone.
Three days later I had the second session. Now after the second session the pain on my wrist was completely gone, my shoulder I still felt a little when I'm using it in a bad angle. He said my back will take few more sessions because my back was the source of all the pain.
After three more sessions I felt that I have no more pain so I stopped going to the clinic. It’s been two months and I still don’t feel any pain anywhere. I'm still in a shock how fast it worked! Matthew genuinely cared about my issue and had been very attentive throughout the sessions. I highly recommend him.
