He customizes each workout and keeps the training sessions varied and interesting, which prevents boredom and a loss of interest while getting all aspects of your body in shape. He is very committed to the success of his clients and customizes a program for each one. He is flexible with your schedule and always punctual. I highly recommend him!

Gary Mullins is as real as they come. When you train with Gary he makes you feel like your goals are his goals. Big guy who was looking to get back into weight loss and fitness in general. I've had a few trainers before when I would go to 24 hour fitness, but Gary takes the cake when it come to personal fitness and personal training. He REALLY knows his stuff and goes at a pace I can work with and feel comfortable with. If you're looking for someone to work with who makes personal training fun, then Gary is your guy!
