Just a beautiful place to live. The grounds are amazing, the pool and spa are sparkling, the maintenance people fix stuff right away, the manager Jeniffer is always nice, the location is perfect, apartments are always remodeled and the neighborhood is safe. I picked the perfect spot to land.

I lived in Parkwood Apartments in Sunnyvale and I honestly can't complain. I lived comfortably in this quiet, safe apartment complex (and neighborhood) for the entire time I was with Parkwood. I left to relocate back home but have nothing negative to say about this place. The manager was very kind, professional and very responsive to all of my inquiries as well. This is an excellent neighborhood, with top notch schools (reason I moved here). I highly recommend it.

Very nice property, I found the laundry rooms and grounds are very clean. My friend lives here and I love to visit and sit by the pool. When my friend had a maintenance issue it was taken care of the same day. I was impressed. It's such an oasis from the fast pace of the rest of Sunnyvale. Right across the street from 2 parks, really cool.....Sometimes kids are out playing, but when the door is closed I don't hear them. Nice Place thumbs up!
