  The carpet cleaner we had used for a very long time moved to another state so we had to find a replacement. We tried a company last year and were not satisfied so this year we gave Carpet Cleaning Heroes a shot. All I can say is WOW, what a wonderful experience from start to finish! It was very easy to book an appointment on the exact date and time I requested. Daniel showed up on time, was both personable and professional and did a fantastic job. He took extra time to work on some of the stained areas. In addition, he mentioned (without any high-pressure sales pitch at all) that he could clean our kitchen floor tiles/grout while he was here. After giving us a very reasonable estimate for that extra work, we gave him the green light to go ahead and clean that too. Our carpets dried very quickly and both the carpets and the kitchen floor tile/grout truly look amazing! Not only will we definitely use Daniel again, we will also highly recommend him to everyone - family, friends and anyone else looking to get their carpets cleaned. You won't be sorry!

  Daniel cleaned our heavily stained carpet(dirt covered for many months) to look like a brand new one! He was prompt, excellent in communication, and very kind. I highly recommend Carpet Cleaning Heroes to everyone!

  We found a large severe wet stain under our fitness tree rug which looked like a health hazard and needed immediate cleaning. Daniel came the very next day! He was considerate, professional, and thorough, scrubbed difficult corners, and even got rid of the darker carpet edges previous cleaner didn't want to spent effort on. In addition, his final price was just as he communicated initially, very reasonable and clearly explained. With Daniels help, we can finally breath healthier air. Thank you, Daniel, for living up to the name of "carpet cleaning heros"!

  This is the best carpet cleaning service I had so far. He gave a good quote, knowing how mostly click bait by giving a lower price online and when you start getting the service done there are always add on.
  1. No rush service
  2. Detailed cleaning.. he himself looked every inch for any spot to remove
  3. Used proper cleaning agents which are good for the carpet
  4. Post cleaning he let the customer inspect for complete satisfaction
  4. Professional yet friendly and very flexible to listen to customer
  
  I don't usally write reviews but for this service I can easily give him over 5 stars. Highly recommended!
