AND enjoy an incredibly interesting part of the world ??? Salila was stellar in organizing a 2 week ayurvedic retreat and beyond. Totally safe, seamless ( stress free) and enjoyable !!!!! First, her close connection with Dr. Vignesh Devraj, the ayurvedic trained doctor at Sitaram , made it possible to have a one-on-one Skype conversation to get first-hand information about Ayurvedic treatments, what to expect, any concerns...so easy to talk to, so knowledgeable. Being trained in clinical pharmacy, everything made perfect sense to me. Next...the magical 2 weeks at Sitaram Ayurvedic Retreat began..with herbal hot oil massages every day, special herbal drinks for immunity boosts, meals to die for, specifically geared for each individual per their treatment regimen....and as I had dreamed of...nothing to do but rest, walk on the beach, do yoga, meditate.....( yes, they have internet..but, really,... UNPLUG..its worth it) After the retreat the journey was SEAMLESS. Salila arranged for transportation, drivers who were great guides with local information and found us AWESOME Homestays (per our request) , cozy, friendly, with fantastic food (instead of high cost hotels ) throughout the rest of the trip. Met incredible locals who treated us like friends, experienced genuine local life feeling completely safe and at ease. I would do it again in a heartbeat!!!!”

“Lots of room for the kids to run. Fun play structure, awesome basketball pick up games. The courts are the only remaining original flavor. It was a more local crowd and now most people seem to be from countries afar. A mix of everyone in a neighborhood park. Nice. Definitely not a hangout for the bums. Thumbs up :-)”

“Great job. Attention to detail was good. Went on a weekday late morning. It was pretty slow there so It didn't take very long to get my car back. Friendly service. I used a coupon on the back of my receipt from a local Safeway on Bernardo. I don't think I'd come back and pay full price. A little expensive without a coupon. They do hand you a coupon as well after you pay so that's nice. But it's not as cheap of a coupon compared to the coupon available on the back of the Safeway receipt.”
