“Found this moving company through a goole search for San Jose movers led me to this yelp listing. Called them first while planning on calling several. They were really courteous and informative explaining the services, fees and cost savin tips. Just as originally explained there weren't any surprises at payment time. Move day they arrived right on time. After a walk throuh of my place, signing a ton of paperwork and detailing a few special requests I needed done, they got to work right away. I inatially intended on reserving 2 movers for my one bed apt but ended up going with their recommendation of booking 3 movers suggesting it would be more cost effective for my size and type of move having stairs and elevators involved. After experiencing the actual move, I must admit they were right. They took great care of our furniture and worked amazingly efficiently without complaints in light of the really cumbersome ackward stairs where we originally lived. All in all, we were pleased with the service and ultimate cost of movin us from San Jose to Palo Alto. FYI, they didn't have any add on charges for gas, stairs or mileage but did apply some type of mandatory "double drive time" fee which from my research is a California Public Utilities Commission regulation required for all local moves. We booked them again two days later to help us with part two of our move involving a storage unit nearby. Again, crew was professional and efficient, and worth every dollar. I would recommend them to anyone who needs local moving service, whether its packing, moving, or unpacking.”

On moving day, they were really timely and if any issues came up they were really quick to notify me and help me resolve the issue. “Clean compared to others. When you arrive you stop at the stop sign in font of the scale. You walk to the office and they hold on to your license and ask for your car plate numbers. Then drive up on the scale and wait until you see the green light. Then you drive in and to the left and find a pile similar to what you are dumping and dump your stuff. When you leave, get back on the scale and move forward enough for the office to have a view of your plates and wait for the green light again. Then you park next to the office and go pay.”

“They delivered our furniture during the time range they stated they would. Tracking the shipment was a little tricky. First it said it would arrive on the 19th, then 20th, then 21st and eventually it arrived on the 19th, but that was to the warehouse. Then I had to reach out to them to schedule a delivery, but first the furniture had to be transferred to their home delivery branch. The nice thing was when I did eventually connect with the home delivery team, they let me know it was being prepared for a delivery the next day and the delivery time was provided. One of the boxes had damage, but it looks like it didn’t affect the merchandise.”

“They called back because they were coming off of another job and we're very communicative about their quote, timing, etc. I moved a studio to another studio and for the amount of stuff to move on short notice, they were lifesaving. What I liked best is that the quote they gave was very accurate. They ran only 15 minutes over time and followed all of the special instructions I gave them for transporting to save cost and time. If I ever find myself in need of movers, I would rely on them for a luxury experience at an affordable price. No cap on a stack. On god, on god.”
