My Mom is an excellent chef. My friends love to come over and have her cook dinner for all of us even if I don't want to. She is always telling us about what nutrients are in what foods and what it can do for our body and especially our brain. Even though this is my Mom, I wanted to let everyone know that she knows her stuff. I have watched her help our family members get better with the foods she cooks. My Mom even goes out to the ocean and collects seaweeds to can for her friends. She says it is full of digestible minerals and nutrients that we need. She also says she knows which ones to gather because my Mom is an expert in teaching toxic load awareness so she knows about chemicals in the ocean.
Kathleen is so knowledgeable regarding nutrition and health and the best way to enhance your life through the right food and lifestyle choices.
