  After using friends and so-called "piano movers" to move my upright grand piano in the past, I looked for someone who could move it in a safe and reliable way. Burton & Wilson responded with a breakdown of their fee estimate that included the equipment they would use and the number of movers it would take. This proved to me they knew what they were doing and my piano would be in good hands. I was impressed with the efficiency and manner in which the movers were able to move it up 13 stairs and into my new house. Money well spent!

  My beloved piano has never sounded better since Des Wilson became my technician! He takes care of the entire instrument -- every detail down to the cleaning and polishing. Since I have a large student and a busy schedule, I really appreciate that he is willing to work around studio hours and is always prompt. I also appreciate the printed appraisal (for insurance purposes) I get at the end of the tuning.

  Awesome business. Quick to reply to appointment request, quick to set an appointment, On time for appointment, most importantly..... they were kind and patient with my very curious kids. Professional appearance & careful where and how they cleaned my much neglected piano. Will be calling them again next year. Thanks so much!

  First of all - they were the only one out of 3 piano movers that I contacted for a quote to get back to me and they did so promptly. They were also great working with me on scheduling the piano move and were able to meet our timeline. The two men that came to pick up the piano were very professional and friendly and everything, (including arranging for a crane to help with the delivery of the piano), went flawlessly. I would definitely use them again.
