(July 1, 2019, 10:09 pm)First time at Pilates and I am very impressed by Summer. She tuned into my body and its problems very accurately. Nice studio and fun meeting other clients. The studio is bright and cheery, and all the instructors are experienced and friendly. I highly recommend it.

(September 3, 2018, 9:38 pm)The quality of instruction is excellent at Breathe Deeply. I have found the classes that challenge me the right amount and am so pleased with the results: balanced strength. The atmosphere at the studio is warm and friendly. At the same time, classes are very focused. I get other forms of exercise, but nothing gets in the way of me attending my Pilates classes!
(July 1, 2018, 10:25 pm)Incredible teachers small, very affordable classes . Great Pilates workout and they teach you quite a bit which is more than most places do. Most places just give you a workout . But the teaching they do enables the attendees to get much more out of each exercise . Also it's fun at the studio
