Doctor and nurse are great, no pain at all and very fast.
Amazing Place! Dr Cassidy and his team are top notch and super professional. I came in for a checkup after neglecting to do so for many years. To my surprise I don't have any cavities, but I do need deep cleaning and a filling. My insurance don't cover deep cleaning, but they gave me insurance based pricing. They put me down for 2 sessions. The cleaning was done thoroughly and not unpleasant at all. I almost fell asleep during the hour long procedure! I had bad experience with dental work in the past, but this place just blew my expectation away.
I have now been twice to this office. I've been very happy overall (and my wife and kids have been too). Dr. Cassidy is personable and thorough. I am confident in his advice and treatments I have had. Even though he's a Detriot Red Wings fan, he seems like a good guy :). And the office staff has been nothing but friendly and superb. I hope to stay a customer for years to come.
I found out about Texas Dental Specialist through the advertised coupon mailer.Yesterday was my first day as new patient, and boy was my experience great with the entire staff. I've tried two other dentist since relocating from Atlanta ,and none have met my expectation up to the point. A first time impression is very important, especially when trying to find and chose a great dentist . Everyone of the staff members, made me feel as though I had been coming here forever. Dr. Cassidy was a genius, in taking the time to explain everything and addressing my concerns. Being that I did not have dental insurance, the pricing was very affordable. I'm glad to say, I've found a true dentist and will not be going anywhere but here. If you are looking for a Dental office to call home, this is the place to come to because they will definitely take care of you !
I am very exacting in the maintenance of my home. This makes this rating of Sierra Azul even more extraordinary. Scott is a perfectionist after my own heart. I hired Scott to paint my two story craftsman home in Seabright. The sun and rain had worn through the prior paint job. My once white eaves were full of mildew. Since I wanted to be on-site for the work, Scott and I locked in on a week that worked for both of us. Scott and Mike showed up on time and his team went to work carefully power washing, sanding, caulking and prepping my house for painting. As we all know, more than half of a good paint job is prep and Scott did not scrimp there. With copper gutter I was very concerned with ladder damage. Scott took care to rig up braces for all the ladders so that I didn't have one bent gutter. The house has a lot of intricate corners. Scott's team did a great job of getting the paint in the cracks, on the edges, but not on the gutters, windows or sidewalks. They put two coats on the sun-exposed south and west sides to stand up to the weather. Our wood front porch had been bubbling up and peeling in some areas so it got some serious prep sanding before application of a new coat of deck paint. Scott's team is polite and courteous. They did not refuse a single of my requests for special attention to an eave or rough spot on the house. It is a rarity for me when I say that I am completely happy with the job Sierra Azul did on my house. Scott has my name as a reference. Mention the "whale" house and he'll know which one you're talking about. Oh, and did I mention they vacuumed the roof and sidewalk when they were done not leaving behind a single paint chip. Its obvious why Scott gets all the stellar reviews, he loves his work and providing customers like me a wow paint job. Excuse me now, I'm going out to my patio to sit and enjoy the view of my beautiful house. Thanks Scott!
Follow up: Well no one's perfect. And Scott and his team did give most of my house what still looks like a pretty good paint job, But....So one of the first things I addressed with Scott was the curled rafter tails that wrap around our copper gutters. I pointed out that the tops were in bad shape and it was very important to me that they were prepped and finished with a good coat of paint. I went up on the roof about a year after Scott painted and found that MANY of the tops were peeling and in bad shape. Scott always said, if there's a problem, just let me know and I'll get it right. Well, I've brought this issue up to Scott three times now over a period of over a year. Last time he promised he would be out within two months to do the work himself. Well two months has gone by and no word from Scott. I really liked him, but given the fact this was the most important part of the whole job and he still has not gotten it right, I can no longer recommend Sierra Azul. Sorry Scott, I've been patient and nice, but it seems like you're really not interested in keeping your promise. Guess I'll have to find someone else to help me get those rafter tails painted.
Follow up 2: Good news! Scott and one of his painters showed up today and painted/repainted all my rafter tops and beam ends. They did a nice job of cleaning them up and sanding them down before priming and painting. Just got down from the roof and they all look great. I am very happy and ready for winter. Thank you Scott!
Scott and his wonderful crew did a great job for us! They showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. I appreciated that Scott showed up every day to touch base with us and check on the progress. Our house is “complicated “, every detail was taken care of. The house looks fantastic.
Scott @ Sierra Azul was very responsive to my request to have the exterior of our house in Capitola painted. This home was built in 1947 and has a wooden exterior. The home had not been painted in several years and their was a fair amount of vegetation on the house. The home required a lot of prep work before painting. Scott's recommendations were extremely helpful and the process that he recommended provided us with a great final product that I hope will last several years. Since this is not our full time home most of my communications with Scott was through email and he always responded rapidly. A big plus for me when dealing at a distance.
Scott with Sierra Azul was the only Santa Cruz area painter that could accommodate my timeline and budget for painting the interior of my house!
The whole experience was great and professional and better than I could have expected.
Scott is very professional, thoughtful, reliable and punctual.
He took extra time and helped me find the right paint color, and included areas of the house I didn't expect to paint! He communicates really well; was out of town and he made it all work out. He got everything finished quicker than I could have expected and it looks great.
On top of it all, after finishing painting, he came back multiple days to bring in lots of furniture boxes to make sure they were safely inside when I was out of town. He also checked on the the paint in different light, and made sure all blinds etc were in place. He offered to come back if any paint wasn't perfect.
Thanks Scott for everything!
I've always struggled with contractors. However, not with Sierra Azul Painting. By far the best experience I've had. Scott and his crew were fabulous to work with. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and cleaned up when done. All on a handshake and a smile, no games or drama.
I've lived in my home for almost 19 years and I don't think it had ever been repainted. It was dry to say the least. We had an idea of what we wanted. Scott took the time to consult on colors to get the best combo which supported what we were looking for. When it came time to paint they put it on thick to compensate for the neglect. Our home looks like new!
It was a great experience and I would recommend Sierra Azul Painting to anybody who asked.
