Was prompt courteous and direct no bs
I waited 20 years to have my septic tank pumped. Steve had to spend extra time to get it cleaned out because of all the build-up. He only charged an additional $50. He was friendly and professional. My neighbor used him also and had a good experience.
I have two septic tanks and have lived on the property for several decades. Over that time I've experienced most of the septic pump out services in the Valley. Because of availability, today was the first time I've used Coastal Septic and wish I knew of them sooner. Steve was very knowledgeable, conscientious of the grounds, and answered any questions i had. Because I just had one tank done by another service company, you could really see how much better Steve at Coastal was.
