(July 30, 2019, 9:27 pm)If you are looking for a fantastic agent in Santa Cruz County, Peter Eubank of the Madani Team is THE agent. Pete’s the most proactive, communicative, responsive, supportive, flexible, knowledgeable guy in the industry. I will admit that my husband and I aren’t easy clients to worth with, yet Pete doesn’t even flinch. We’re living in one of the most expensive places in the US but trying to buy with an unrealistically low budget. He’s found killer deals for us before anyone else knows about them. He responds to my messages quickly even when I contact him after hours. And I can’t tell you how many times he’s gone out of his way to accommodate my odd work hours. He’s been so patient with us through this process. He’s the BEST! I cannot recommend him enough!

Jayson Madani and the Madani Team are simply the BEST IN THE WEST!! I searched for two months looking for the right agency to handle our house sale and every contractor we ran into, said to work with Jayson Madani. They were right on (Santa Cruz language). Jayson and his team gave us sound advice and helped the right buyers find us quickly. In the end, everyone is content and happy. Every step of the way, they treated our sale like it was important to them and their business. When we needed referrals for contractors, cleaners, and movers, they had great people on tap who were also a delight to work with.
