I want to start by how impressed I am on how extremely knowledgeable and professional this team is! From the front office, assistants and the Dentist ! My son was taken care of for an urgent case right away and the whole team knew exactly what needed to be done. DR. KIMMY was the doctor who treated my son with compasion and determination to make him feel better , just a couple hours later he was doing much better thanks to her fast acting and caring practice. The whole team is amazing!

This place is definitely better than "Healthy Smiles." That place is HORRIBLE - worst dental place for kids in the county!

This place is much better as the parents CAN go back WITH their kids, they DON'T use a weighted blanket on your child to hold them down, nor give them "sleepy juice" that they don't tell you what's in it...

They do have a 24hr "cancellation policy" that I think they make a lot of money off of... Even have to pay the fee if your kids are SICK & can't make it, but you couldn't call 24 hours in advance - because they weren't sick before that. This needs to change. They actually told me to bring the sick kids in if I wanted to avoid the fee!!!

But the dentists are pretty good, if your child DOESN'T have dental anxiety. If they DO, they will not fill cavities in their teeth, without super expensive sedation, like if your child can't sit still, is "too nervous," etc... They will make you visit a certain number of times, haven't told us how many, before they will ACTUALLY do the work on your anxious child's teeth!

So there ARE some problems with this place as well. The atmosphere is great, but they're still touting fluoride and silver nano flouride nonsense, and blaming parents, sugar, and juice for our kids tooth decay. It's just not a holistic place at all.

People are very friendly. Always willing to help out. Staff is super friendly with kids. Gentle when doing any procedure. I would recommend it for your kids.

From top to bottom Dr. Megan and her team are phenomenal. Professional, kind, and efficient. They add all the touches needed and then some to make the environment perfect for children. I have never in all my years been more impressed with a Dentist yet alone any medical professional than Dr. Megan and her team. You as the parent will asking Dr. Megan to be your dentist when your child’s appointment is done. Could not be more appreciative of this practice. Thank you sincerely!

I normally don't do reviews BUT our experience at Pajaro Valley Childrens Dentist 🦷 deserves one. This place is staffed w the most culturally sensitive and empathetic staff. They walk children through every step, while using child appropriate terms. If you are looking for a place to take your child, I recommed this one!
