Elite Construction did an amazing job of transforming my kitchen and house from a dumpy, dark, dysfunctional and crowded space to a beautiful, spacious, super functional place to be. Their designer, Alison, did an amazing job of visualizing and creating the new plan, and guiding me each step of the way when I needed help with choices. All the carpentry work was done with great skill - most everyone who walks in immediately asks, "who did this job?" Also, they are to a person very pleasant to work with, which is important as they were inside my home for a while. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Elite Construction on the remodel of our small bathroom. The planning process was very smooth and clear and they were excellent communicators. The parts that they controlled completely were wonderful. One of the subcontractors was slower than expected and our timeline was delayed. We would still recommend them as they were above and beyond any contractor we have worked with. Honest, straightforward, high quality work, and fast.

Over approximately 10 weeks, the Elite Construction team transformed my small bathroom space into something magnificent! A space beyond my wildest dreams. The detail of their work was precise and the quality was exceptional. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship are qualities I’d use to describe my experience with the entire Elite Construction team. This is a locally owned business, invested in the community, that I can highly recommend. I’m looking forward to partnering with their team again in the future to remodel my kitchen.

I called Eric w/ Elite because I was in a jamb. I asked him to help with a commercial property even though he stated they work in residential. After explaining my situation (Wildfires) he understood and decided to try and help us out. Not only did he jump on it immediately but also returned some of the best work we've seen. I highly recommend Eric and Elite; he obviously has his heart in the right place and knows exactly what he is doing.

Eric, Craig, Loren & the rest of the Elite Construction Team are phenomenal to work with. I interviewed 5 different contractors when originally taking bids on the renovation of a duplex in Santa Cruz. Of the 5 bids, Eric's definitely wasn't the cheapest, but he passed my initial questions with flying colors, and has the most experience in the type of renovation project that I was working on. He also offered a lot of insight that I hadn't thought of even before I accepted his bid that actually made up for the cost difference in and of itself.

I work in the residential installation of solar, and understand the principles of construction, and what can go wrong if issues are not properly accounted for. Eric planned and executed tremendously well, and I considered the marginal difference in his cost and the other contractors that bid on my job, an insurance policy to make sure that it was done on time (rental property with holdings costs). Eric delivered as promised, on time, and actually under budget. I will absolutely hire him and the Elite team again on my next project.

Craig and Loren were beasts with the structural upgrades and deck rebuild. They did the work of 4 guys in half the time.

P.S. No one is compensating me in any way to write this and I'm actually shooting myself in the foot here because now they're going to be busier. This is for a job well done. Thanks guys.
