I highly recommend Adriana Mesa. After many months of standard "cookie cutter" physical therapy following complications from knee replacement surgery, I was very happy to find Adriana. She is a true professional. Her broad knowledge, advanced training/education, and creative problem-solving skills put her in a different class of Physical Therapists. I also appreciate that you spend the entire hour with her, one-on-one, rather than be passed off to an assistant.

It is clear that Adriana is totally dedicated to her profession and to her
clients. Having received care from several physical therapists,
Adriana's 'dedication to her clients is clear in her demeanor,
preparedness and great communication skills. It is obvious that
she has more than "done her homework."

I felt so fortunate to have found APm physical therapy. Adriana is so knowledgeable and has helped me manage my pain that resulted in complications after back surgery. I had gone to other physical therapy places with no results. Not only did Adriana diagnosis my problem on the first visit you have her undivided attention during your entire visit, this something you will not find elsewhere.

I have been most fortunate to find Adriana Mesa so close to home in Watsonville. She is very professional, well educated with a masters and PhD in physical therapy and continues to educate herself; she is currently doing a fellowship. She gives her clients undivided attention, in a safe, clean, private setting. She focuses on your specific needs and has improved my strength, mobility, flexibility and reduced my pain significantly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants compassionate, personal attention, and has the desire to be well and improve their condition. She is a star.

Adriana is top notch in every way. She is highly skilled and compassionate. I am a therapeutic massage therapist and have referred many of my clients to her.
