(June 25, 2023, 11:45 pm)Had to get some body & paint work after someone hit my parked car. Got an estimate and 2 weeks later on a Monday I take the car in. It was ready that week. Julian tells it like it is, doesn't beat around the bush and is honest. Workmanship is superb! Customer service is excellent. And the quality of work is A+

(June 21, 2023, 9:36 pm)Dixon auto body, I knew the previous management and it was ok, but now with new ownership it got a lot better, I just took one of the cars and he did make sure the paint matched , it was a little bit off on the books so he waited before he asked for my car to get it in the shop, I'm really happy with the results Julian and Chino both are good at their job!!!

(March 8, 2023, 1:52 pm)I am starting off by saying you couldn't find an auto shop with better customer service. I was in an accident 2 nights ago, I was coming off the freeway through the exit, as I was breaking to turn the car slid and crashed into a couple of cones. The back was hanging and the rims were completely destroyed. They were able to temporarily fix what was hanging while they ordered the missing part in less than 20 minutes. I was able to take an use my car until the car part got there. When it came to fixing the car they were super quick about it. Everything took about 1 maybe 2 hours, from going in and talking about what it needs done, to ordering and installing the part. Overall my experience there was the best.
(February 10, 2023, 1:56 am)Julian's shop worked on my dad's '15 Accord and my '68 BMW on different occasions for different things, and both times the work was done professionally for a reasonable amount of money by a group of upstanding guys. Julian is an example of how people and businesses should be and after you have bring your car here you realize how most other places are lackluster compared to this. I don't know another body shop in Northern CA I would recommend. Julian and Dixon Auto Body or bust.
