She was always so detailed and thorough when explaining different options to us, and her cost breakdowns of each potential rate were super helpful. Really appreciated her guidance throughout, as it helped us feel at ease despite the interest rate hikes. As we were closing, we were comfortable with our rate and prepaid costs, as she already laid everything out for us ahead of time so that we were mentally and financially prepared. We will definitely be working with her again for a potential refinance!
