Rama Sarhan was very helpful. The first day I made a decision and ordered the Recliner that I thought that I wanted. After going home I decided that it was not what I wanted. Called Rama and went back the next day and she helped me find what I really needed. She was great to work with and is very patient.

John Paul provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service. He went above & beyond to get a couch delivered before the quoted delivery date so that my sister could be comfortable during her painful battle w cancer. We are extremely grateful. This will be the only place I shop going forward. Prices are fair, selection is good, products are warrantied, and the customer service can't be beat. Thanks again!

Jason was great. He explained all the functions and options on the recliners and gave me a strategy for narrowing down the choices to make it easier to pick the perfect chair. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the two other sales people in the store spent their time sitting at a table on their phones. I was sitting at a table going over the paperwork on my purchase when one of them told Jason there were people in the store that needed help, and he got up and helped them. I don't blame Jason for that, he got back to me quickly. One of them did eventually get up to help a customer, but I don't know what their deal was. If they were on break, they shouldn't be on the floor. Is there no break room at the store, because there should be. That being said, I highly recommend Jason, and I feel the chair I ordered is going to be awesome, with a really fantastic warranty. BTW, the new chair is replacing a 20 year old La-z-boy, so those things are built to last!
