  Everything went smooth. I'm pleased with my place and the environment. The work order I put in for my bathroom was addressed immediately and resolved quickly.

  I just wanted to come and leave a review. People are always leaving bad reviews but rarely leave one when things are good. Anyways I’ve been living at this property for quite a few years and we have had management come and go. Currently we have a great management team. PT is our leasing agent and she is always super nice when I call to speak with our property manager. I recently lost my son and the staff at the the Henley was so great to me. Assisting me with my concerns and I was sent flowers. I had to go into the office and PT was so super welcoming and assisted me while being able to put a smile on my face during this difficult time. I truly appreciate having a team in the Henley that is just and helpful as our previous manager Nakia.

  UPDATE: Went in the next morning to the front office to tell them what had happened and by the time I drove from the front office to my apartment the maintenance guys were already there. I was surprised by how fast they had gotten to my apt. and within 30-45 minutes they had reinstalled my cabinets as well as fixed my sink.
  The next couple of days one of the guys came back to do a check up to make sure all is well with the cabinets and tomorrow they will be coming back to fix the overhead for the oven (which broke).
  In the past it took weeks for them to fix anything but now it's as soon as you tell them they fix it right away.
  I'm changing my review because they really surprised me with how fast and quick the reinstallation was and the fact that they checked in with us.
  
  The cabinets above the oven almost fell on my dog. Only had cake mix, and a bottle of wine, no way would that be heavy enough for it to fall off the walls (especially if they had properly installed the cabinets to the wall).
  
  I'm quite upset, just be careful if you decide to live here.
