(September 1, 2022, 11:41 am)Although no work was done at this time, a Mike Trumbley came to my house to assess the electrical problem, and I was highly impressed with his courteous, very knowledgeable and professional demeanor! He didn’t try to push me; he did thoroughly explain what was going on and what was needed-then, he simply restated the facts and projected the proposed costs! I am now figuring out finances and what to do, but, I, again, thought , ‘Wow; what a great representation from this Company’! Thank you Aleco Electric -very much!
(July 15, 2022, 10:07 pm)We had a smell of smoke when cooking. Chris Mulovk came out evaluated our situation. Restored our power and cleaned up. He was an exemplary employee and oh so nice!. Arrived early. We couldn't ask for a better experience. We love Aleco Electric. Great price for needed service. Job well done!
(June 6, 2022, 9:36 pm)This was only an estimate visit for fan and ring installations.Chris was very professional and called prior to his arrival. His estimates were planned and explain full. I’m pretty sure I will be using their service for my installations. I need to get a few more estimates to compare pricing and overall costs for each project. Their warranty is also expressive.

When I called to arrange for a technician to come to the house to evaluate problems we were having with lights in one of the bathrooms, the person I spoke with went to extra trouble to arrange for an appointment on the same day. When the
electrician, Mike, arrived (30-minute call before showing up at the house), he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining what he thought the problems were. He was also direct about quoting us a price for the work that needed to be done. Mike explained payment options, and left a written proposal for us. He suggested we think about the situation and get back to Aleco if we wanted to go ahead with the project. All in all, time well spent!

I felt comfortable from the moment i called in and spoke with their representative until the time their technician left my home. I will be doing business with them again. Great customer service and fair prices!
