(August 21, 2019, 10:10 pm)I am so impressed with Jessica and Rosie and the team at Sandpiper Village. They made touring and choosing an apartment and signing the lease and move-in so easy in every aspect, and the community is truly a gem in Vacaville. You can even choose the color of an accent color wall for free!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FIRST CLASS COMMUNITY!

(May 16, 2019, 4:04 pm)Such wonderful response from the front office and maintenance teams! We had a few little issues we brought to their attention and they swung by to fix it same day, at our availability. Very friendly, very welcoming.
(April 11, 2019, 12:37 pm)I have lived here for a year and a half, and I love it. The apartments are newly remodeled, the amenities are great, the property is well taken care of and the staff is amazing! The couple of times I needed maintenance, the crew was prompt and professional.
Jessica and Rosie in the office are fantastic-- warm, inviting and helpful! They even have mixers for the community, so you can get to know your neighbors. I would highly recommend living here if you have the opportunity.
(November 29, 2018, 1:43 pm)The office workers are so amazing and kind. I moved here from the Villas and the office workers there were not very friendly. Literally the first day with Sandpiper and the atmosphere in the office is great. I had put in a maintenance request on thanksgiving and the next day, the workers Kevin and his supervisor, came to my apartment and not only fixed the dryer vent, they installed the vent kit and fixed my washer hose. They painted a cabinet and cleaned it because it was overlooked. I literally have never had such an amazing experience living somewhere. I also had a technician come out to fix my TV, I called the office since I was at work and Jessica and Rosie went to my apartment and waited until the tech was done. I literally recommend this apartment complex to everyone!!! Such amazing workers and staff!! :)
