Alberto came over and surveyed the areas of installation and gave me a quote before he left. Normally, I would mull over a quote, compare it with others etc - almost never commit on the spot, but the moment we met Alberto, we liked him. He is very professional and knowledgeable and at the same time very friendly. We agreed on the price (which I thought was very reasonable) and set a date. Alberto and his apprentice Miguel were on time, efficient, and installed all 4 fans in such a reasonable time. Faster than I thought it would take! They did a professional and thorough job. They both answered any questions we had and really explained things. Alberto even answered questions that popped up 2 days later! I will be using their services again.
