The crew at the Vallejo Tesla Service Center were awesome. Reidon and Donell were our technicians and they were thorough and fast. They replaced our 12 volt battery which was dying and took care of a recall for the backup camera cables. We requested immediate service on the app and when we drove up Donell was waiting for us with all our info already on the screen. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I recommend them completely!

I would like to say thank you for Karem. He is super nice and very friendly. My brother and I got two Tesla last Saturday. Karem went above and beyond his way to assist us even it was raining day. He was so helpful and I cannot say enough to thank him. Karem deserves the employee of the year .

I have positive experience with collecting my car from Tesla center in Vallejo and Derek was amazing who helped with the paper work for trade in and new car collection. I bought a Tesla because of the $7.5k discount and 10k miles super charger. For the price of luxury car, I do wish that have better showroom or center for car check inspection and delivery. Doing a car inspection out in a dark parking lot is not ideal. Also , it will be good if they charge the car to at least 80%. I have to drive home 65 miles with 50% charge car. Overall ok but could be better if you know what I mean.

This place really changed my mind about Tesla service. I’ve had some not so great experiences at another service center in California, but Candy and Joe and the rest of the Vallejo team knocked it out of the park today. This is THE PLACE to go for great customer experience AND amazing service. Definitely my new preferred service center. I couldn’t be happier!
